 My name is Vale’, I’m 34 years old,
 and I live in France in Annecy, the *Venice of the Alps*,
 with my family.

 Casa Bandera is more than cooking:
 it’s a piece of Italy,
 a touch of *Dolce Vita*,
 a heritage of **famiglia**…

 It all began in my **Nonna’s** kitchen,
 where every dish told a story
 and every gesture was an act of love.
 That’s where I understood that authentic Italian cuisine is not just about recipes,
 but about tables that bring people together,
 shared laughter,
 and moments that stay with you forever.

 In 2025, I had the honor of being crowned **Sage™ French Champion of Roman Pizza**,
 by Simone Zanoni — Michelin-starred chef at the *Georges V* in Paris.
