4. DELIVERY

• Once payment is completed, the digital content (E-Book or Video Course) can be downloaded immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with a download link in your customer area.
• If you have difficulty downloading the content, please contact our customer support.

5. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

• Purchasing digital content (E-Book or Video Course) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without prior written authorization from Casa Bandera.

6. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

• Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made.
• In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to digital content (E-Book or Video Course) once downloading or access has started. By purchasing digital content on our site, the consumer:
  • Gives prior consent to the immediate execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period.
  • Explicitly waives their right of withdrawal once downloading or access to the digital content has begun.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your content, please contact customer support for assistance.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All digital content and its materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any product purchased from the site remains the exclusive property of Casa Bandera. Ownership rights remain with the original authors and publishers.
