My name is Vale, and I have been passionate about Italian cuisine since childhood.

This passion has taken me far beyond my own kitchen, leading me to discover the very soul of Italy itself. I had the chance to live in Bologna, the gastronomic capital of Italy, and to travel across the country, from the bustling streets of major cities to hidden and secret villages. Each journey, each encounter, enriched my vision of Italian cuisine, offering me the opportunity to discover forgotten culinary treasures, family recipes passed down from generation to generation, and unique flavors.

But this culinary journey began long before all that, within my own family. From childhood, my family passed down to me the love of cooking, the secrets of recipes that have endured for generations.
