My name is Vale’, I’m 34 years old, and I live in France in Annecy, the Venice of the Alps, with my family.
Casa Bandera is more than cooking: it’s a piece of Italy, a touch of Dolce Vita, a heritage of famiglia… and a true expression of the Italian art of hosting.
It all began in my Nonna’s kitchen, where every dish told a story and every gesture was an act of love. That’s where I understood that authentic Italian cuisine is not just about recipes, but about tables that bring people together, shared laughter, and moments that stay with you forever.
I had the privilege of living in Bologna, the culinary capital of Italy, and traveling across the country in search of unforgettable flavors… but above all, that unique atmosphere that turns a simple meal into a lasting memory.
In 2025, I had the honor of being crowned French Amateur Champion of Roman Pizza by Simone Zanoni — Michelin-starred chef at the Georges V in Paris.
Today, with my wife Mae and our little Rose, we created Casa Bandera the way you open the doors of a home: a warm, sincere, and elegant place where Dolce Vita is shared with family, with true Italian style and class.
Our mission is simple: to help you transform your meals into unforgettable Italian experiences, with ease. No stress. No spending hours in the kitchen.
A lover of nature, sports, and Italian cooking, I want to pass on our family heritage to Rose — and to you. So that, even without being a professional chef, you can host with elegance, create a warm atmosphere, and delight your loved ones with simple, generous, and truly authentic Italian dishes.
