My name’s Vale, I’m 34, and I live in Annecy, the Venice of the Alps, with my family.
Casa Bandera is more than just cooking — it’s a piece of Italy, a hint of Dolce Vita, and a legacy of famiglia.
It all began in my nonna’s kitchen, where every dish told a story and every gesture was an act of love. That’s where I learned true Italian cooking — at home, with a beating heart, hands dusted in flour and filled with love.
I was lucky to live in Bologna, Italy’s food capital, and to travel across the country in search of flavors that make hearts sing.
In 2025, I was honored to be named France’s Amateur Champion of Roman Pizza by Simone Zanoni — Michelin-starred Chef at Le George V in Paris.
Today, with my wife Mae and our little Rose, we created Casa Bandera like opening the doors of our home: a warm, sincere, and elegant place where the Dolce Vita is shared with family — with true Italian style.
Passionate about nature, sports, and Italian food, I want to pass on to Rose — and to you — our family’s culinary heritage. So that even without being a Chef, you can wow your loved ones with simple, generous, and deeply authentic dishes.
