I'm Vale’. Casa Bandera is more than just a kitchen: it’s a piece of Italy, a hint of Dolce Vita, a famiglia legacy. It all began in my nonna’s kitchen, where every dish told a story and every gesture was an act of love. This passion took me from Bologna to Italy’s hidden villages, searching for flavors that make hearts beat faster, from pasta to traditional desserts.
Today, with Mae and our little Rose, we created Casa Bandera like opening the doors to a home: a warm, authentic place where every recipe is an invitation to travel, and where you can savor the Dolce Vita with family, with true Italian elegance.
